Frustrated with the lack of information and difficulty with finding the information we wanted in regards to the outdoors we decided to do it ourselves. We wanted to make a place where all information in regards to the outdoors was readily available. We have emptied our brains onto these pages and compiled an ever growing supply of outdoor beta. Working tirelessly we have searched the web for what we felt were the best places to get that much needed gear to make the time you love most more comfortable and enjoyable. As avid outdoorsman working in the outdoor industry we have access to the best gear on the planet and we use it. We strive to give you the honest truth about the gear we use. The pros and the cons and what we would choose. Our goal from the beginning has been to make this a site that contains the info that you need. For this reason we have included a way for you to enter your own beta on the industry. If you have a tip or review or some beta on a trail we will get it up quickly so that others can use it. Also, we love the outdoors and want to keep it protected.

Mike Sherwood - My journey to get to here has been a long one. I love the outdoors and after working in the computer industry for many years I decided to bag it and focus on my true passions. I now work for a well known company in the outdoor industry and do this site part time on the side. I am an avid climber, snowboarder and backpacker but I love everything outdoors. I do my best to be outside whenever possible.

Karleanna Araujo Sherwood -  A nossa história até parece conto de fadas, foi tudo muito complicado para nós. Nos casamos em junho de 2006 no Brasil, agora felizmente estamos juntos e trabalhando juntos, fazendo este site. Logo irei para os Estados Unidos ficar junto dele.
